Prica head count is six ( Geo, Fran, Robin, Brian , Georgia and Sarah).
Supplies: 7/26oz jars of pasta sauce
10 lbs of meat for gnoochi
Italian bread (how many loaves ?)
butter, garlic and parmesean cheese
Salad for Sat lunch
charcoal (how much?)
Crew hands: 2-3 for prep crew Sat breakfast
2-3 for clean-up Sat supper
I will also bring Zeets photo album!!

ReplyDeleteRE: Italian Bread. I am planning to make about 7 "batches" of gnoochi's and typically we have 2 loaves per batch, but sometimes have leftover bread. I would guess 10 loaves would be good.

I see now... the charcoal is for the burgers and dogs on Friday night... If I remember correctly, there were at least two grills at the lodge. I would think that 1 large bag of charcoal would be enough.
